Picture Pairs. Click a card to see what it is. Click another card. If the two cards match up, they will disappear and your score will increment by one. If they do not, your Poor Attempts counter will increment by one. Click any card to flip them back again, and select two more cards, and so on and so forth, until your score is 16, and your Poor Attempts counter is as low as possible.
